For DELWP, DEDJTR, Parks Victoria and VicForest staff requiring a new FireWeb login role to perform a specific task, you will need:
- to be trained in the new role
- Log a ticket with FFM Support via the Support Portal – FFM Support will then assign the ticket to the relevant approver
- Once approved FFM Support will action your request
